The need to migrate to post-quantum safe systems is no longer theoretical. National standards have emerged; the operational challenge now is readiness — taking deliberate, disciplined steps to protect long-lived sensitive data against “harvest-now, decrypt-later” risk — as well as the broader risk to systems, communications, and digital trust once cryptographically relevant quantum computing arrives. The undersigned organizations commit to advancing their own post-quantum preparedness in alignment with NIST standards, federal guidance, and emerging approaches to cryptographic resilience.
